- Warranty only applicable to local deliveries, contact us for further distances
- Before we send all our orders we open and test all our machines before dispatch to make sure everything is good condition and running perfectly
- We offer a 1 year warranty for all our products which customers can claim on the warranty page using their serial number from the box and machine.
- The Warranty does not cover damages due to mishandling, negligence, breakage, cracking, water damage or denting.
- All repairs (arising from manufacturing defects) within the Warranty period will be done ‘Free of Charge’.
- If the product is tampered with or opened by any unauthorised person for repairs, the Warranty is void.

- We will organise a pickup from the delivered location to our warehouse to examine the unit for damages, customer is expected to cover delivery cost returning to our warehouse
- Once we examine the product and can verify that it falls under warranty we will organise a range of options which would be to repair the unit, replace the unit or issue store credit which will be confirmed by our team. We will also return the delivery cost if the warranty is accepted
- If in case the unit does not fall into our warranty, we will out line the issue to you as our team would check your unit once we receive it and let you know options on repairing the item which would not be free due to it not being applicable to be fixed with the warranty, if you would like to have the item returned with no repairs that is also possible and the customer is expected to cover delivery to return the item
- You can get extra warranty after the 1 year period for extra year for $50

Alternatively, priority delivery within the same radius costs $15 for orders up to $99.99 and $5 for orders of $100 and above.
For deliveries outside the 100km radius, shipping costs will be calculated by Australia Post. Customers also have the option of local pickup from our designated store locations.
