- Australia Post offers standard coverage up to $99. Additional coverage can be arranged upon request.

In the rare instance of a damaged or lost parcel, we will assist in filing a claim with the courier and resolve the issue promptly once their investigation is complete.
Returns and Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. We offer a 7-day return policy under the following conditions:
- Unopened Products: If the product is returned in its original, unopened condition, and in the same state as when it was delivered, we will issue a refund. However, a pickup fee will be deducted from the refund to cover collection costs.
- Opened or Barely Used Products: If the product has been opened or lightly used but shows no signs of physical damage, a 25% restocking fee and a pickup fee will be applied. The refund in such cases will be issued as store credit.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or has a technical fault, you can report the issue to us within 7 days of delivery. Once the issue has been verified by our team:
- We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent at no extra cost, or
- Provide the option to return the product for a full refund.
