1. Orders, Availability, and Pricing

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, including in cases of product unavailability, payment validation issues, or pricing or product discrepancies.
  • Product Selection: Please review product descriptions, pricing, and specifications carefully before purchasing. Our sales team is available to assist with any questions.
  • Stock Availability: Stock levels are updated to reflect supplier availability but may change without notice. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will notify you and offer an alternative or a refund.
  • Pricing Accuracy: We take care to ensure pricing on our website is accurate and current. We are not bound by pricing displayed on third-party platforms.
  • Price Adjustments: Prices may be revised due to market conditions, supplier changes, or promotions. Please confirm current pricing on our website prior to ordering.

2. Insurance and Liability

All purchases are insured against loss or damage in transit:

  • Australia Post: Standard cover up to $99 is included. Additional coverage is available on request.
  • Courier Deliveries: Coverage varies by provider. Contact us for details on additional protection.

In the event of a damaged or lost parcel, we will lodge a claim with the relevant courier and resolve the matter promptly once their investigation concludes.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

We offer a 7-day change-of-mind return policy, subject to the following condition:

  • Unopened, Unused Products: Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition and in the same state as delivered. A refund will be issued, less a pickup fee to cover collection costs.

Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a change-of-mind return.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or has a technical fault, please report it to us within 7 days of delivery. Once our team has verified the issue, we will:

  • Arrange a replacement at no additional cost; or
  • Provide a full refund upon return of the product.

We are committed to resolving any such issues promptly and fairly.
