For customers located within 100 km of our warehouse, we offer fast and efficient delivery using our dedicated drivers.

  • Express Delivery: If you opt for express delivery, your order will be delivered on the same day or the next day after placing the order. We strive to meet these timelines consistently and ensure a smooth local delivery experience.

Interstate and Non-Local Deliveries

For deliveries beyond our local radius, we collaborate with trusted courier partners or Australia Post.

  • Delivery timelines vary depending on the carrier’s standard and express delivery options. Standard delivery generally takes 3-7 business days, while express delivery may arrive within 1-3 business days.
  • Tracking details are provided for every order to help you monitor its progress in real time.
  • While we ensure secure packaging, please note that handling during transit is beyond our control. In rare instances of damage or delay, our team will work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.

International Deliveries

We proudly ship to customers outside Australia using Australia Post or customer-preferred couriers.

  • Delivery timelines depend on the chosen carrier’s network and can range from 7-21 business days.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Secure packaging ensures the safety of products during transit. In the event of damage, we will assist in resolving the matter within the courier’s guidelines.

Change of Address

We accommodate address changes provided they are requested before the order is dispatched.

  • Standard Insurance: Parcels shipped via Australia Post include default insurance coverage of up to $99.

In the rare instance of loss or damage during transit, we will work with the courier to initiate a claim. Once the investigation is complete, we will proceed with either a replacement or refund, ensuring your satisfaction remains our top priority.

Returns and Cancellations

Order Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change, and we accommodate cancellations under the following terms:

Standard Delivery Orders:

  • Cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund.
  • After 12 hours but before dispatch, cancellations incur a 15% cancellation fee.
  • If the order has already been dispatched, a 25% cancellation fee will apply, along with return shipping costs.

Express Delivery Orders:

  • Cancellations within 4 hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund.
  • After this timeframe but before dispatch, cancellations incur a 15% cancellation fee.
  • Once the order is dispatched, a 25% cancellation fee will apply, along with return shipping costs.

Returns and Change of Mind

We offer a 7-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction:

  • Unopened Products: Products in their original, unopened condition can be returned for a refund. However, a pickup fee will be deducted to cover collection costs.
  • Opened or Barely Used Products: If the product has been lightly used and is free from physical damage, a 25% restocking fee and pickup fee will apply. Refunds in such cases will be issued as store credit.

Damaged or Faulty Products

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or has a technical fault:

  • Once verified, we will either:
    • Replace the item at no additional cost, or
